• Simulation of material flow in the extruder cylinder, die, and calibrator to optimize the design of the screw, die, and calibrator for various extruded parts.

• Design and manufacturing of automatic and online cutting systems for extrusion parts.

• Development of efficiency (increasing Light Transmittance) and the diffuser functionality in masterbatch formulations and diffuser compounds based on PC (Polycarbonate) and PS (Polystyrene).

• Patterning the surface of polycarbonate profiles through the combination of materials and raw material formulations.
